six Yeares and about Three Months soe that the said Phillip is
wholly deprived of more than Eight Months service of the said
Henry and the profits and Advantages that might reasonably
accrued to him the sd Phillip by the service of the said Henry ^as afd^ sould
And the said Phillip in fact saith that for Want of the said
Henry his service as aforesd he is damnified and hath dammage
to the value of 2400.ll of Tobaccoe and therupon he brings this
suit

which being by this Court Over Ruled Cap.t Thomas Coursey
cometh into Court and on behalfe of the said Perigrine Browne
confesseth Judgm.t for 1200.ll of Tobaccoe

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plt Phillip
Holeager doe Recover from the Defend.t Perigrine Browne
the sume of Twelve hundred poundes of Tobaccoe

att Sassifrax River within the Jurisdicon of this Court did purchase of
