761 Thomas Browne acknowledgeth a Deed to Thomas Scotton for Fifty Acres of Land Court adjournes for an hour same Court sitts againe A Negroe Boy belonging to Coll John Hynson adjudged att Fourteen Yeares of Age Simon Wilmer Clk Robert Smith Esq Acknowledgeth a Deed to Mercy Sigley for One hundred Acres of Land Robert Smith Esq Acknowledgeth a Deed to Thomas Usher for One hundred Acres of Land Margarett Kelly being bound by Recognizance taken before Maj.r Thomas Smyth now Appeares and Ordered by this Court that she be discharged therfrom Simon Wilmer Clk Robert Hawkshaw Acknowledgeth a Deed of Guilt to his Daughter Mary Reyly for one hundred acres of Land George Foxon Edward Walwyne and Susanna his Wife doe Acknowledge a Deede to M.r James Wroth for One hundred Acres of Land Robert Smith Esq being summoned as an Evidence in an Accon depending Betweene Thomas Bruff plt and William Sigley Defend.t and haveing no other businesse prayes this Court that the said Accon may be now brought to Tryal which is by this Court accordingly Ordered Simon Wilmer Clk Command was Given to the sheerif of Kent County the 25.th day of Jan.ry Anno Dom 1696 that he take William Sigley and Mercy his Wife Ex.rs of Edward Slade if they should be found in his Bailiwick & them safe Keepe soe that he have their Bodies before his Maj.ties Justices att the Next Court |
