741 Ordered by this Court that the Roade be cleared from M.r Thomas Joces Fence to the head of the Read Root branch and that Robert Pearkes Plantacon be accompted to be in y.e limits of the same Grand Jury Returne and being called over present to y.e Court the Govern.r paper relateing to y.e longer stay of the Flest signed and by them approved but y.e other relateing to y.e Governm.t of Pennsilvania Entertaining Runnaways servants they refused to sign declareing to this Court that they had been credibly Informed that y.e inhabitants of Pennsilvania wore very diligent in apprehending of Runnaway servants and secureing such for the Owners to whome the did belong and likewise that they have heard that Privateers did resort to y.e said Governm.t but would not concerne themselves therin And Notwithstanding y.e Court used many Arguments to perswade the sd Grand Jury to signe the said Paper Yett they refused to doe the same
George Powel and Thomas Weyatt comes into Court and becomes Especial Bail to y.e Accon aforesd
