And Now here att this day the sd W.m True Neither by himselfe nor
by his Attorney shewing any reasonable cause why Execucon should
not Issue ag.t the Estate of him the sd John True

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the plt Charles Tilden
have Execucon ag.t the Estate of him the sd John True for the
aforsd sume of Three hundred and Two poundes of Tobaccoe
according to the sd former Judgment as allsoe the sume of One
hundred Twenty and six poundes of Tobaccoe cost of suit

Command was given to the sheerif of Kent County y.e 28.th day of
Jan.ry Anno Dom 1696 that he leavy by Way of Execucon of the
goods Chattels &c.a of Henry Hosier if they should be found in his
Bailiwick to the value of Fower hundred Forty and Eight pounds
of Tobaccoe to satisfie unto Charles Tilden a certain debt and cost
recovered ag.t him the said Henry by him the sd Charles att a
Court held for sd County the 25.th day of November last & y.e
same when leavied to have before his Maj.ties Justices att y.e Next Court
to &c.a

Att which Court viz y.e 23.th day of March Anno Dom 1696 [illegible]
of returne of sd Writt came Capt Edward Sweatnam high sheerif
of sd County and made returne of the sd Writt in these Wordes
viz I have Executed of the goods and Chattels of the within Henry
Hosier One hhd of Tob cont Neat Four hundred Fifty and Two
poundes for the within Charles Tilden as by within Writt I am
Commanded p Edw Sweatnam sheft

Therfore it is considered by this Court that y.e above One hhd
of Tobaccoe Executed as aforesd and containing Four hundred
Fifty and Two poundes of Tobaccoe Neat be condemned for the
use of the sd Charles Tilden
