720 James Willson appointed Overseer of the High Wais from Daniel Toaes to Collins his Mill Thomas Smith is appointed Overseer of the Highwais from Collins his Mill downewards as far as the County Extends Capt Thomas Coursey Peticons this Court that he may be admitted to practice as an Attorney which is accordingly Granted Thomas Ford is by this Court appointed Constable of the upper or Towne hundred on the south side of Chester River for this next Ensueing Yeare Robert Hawkshaw is by this Court appointed Constable of the Lower or Island Creeke hundred on the south side of Chester River for this Ensueing Yeare Ordered by this Court that Easterne Neck hundred and Swan Creek hundred be all one and called by the Name of Eastern Neck hundred and likewise that John Hurt be Constable Therof for this Ensueing Yeare John Sutton is by this Court appointed Constable of Chester lower hundred on the North side of Chester River for this Ensueing Yeare George Smith is by this Court appointed Constable of Langfords Bay hundred for this Ensueing Yeare Edward Walwyne continued Constable for Chester upper hundred on the North side of Chester River for this Ensueing Yeare Simon Wilmer Clk |
