Court att Fifteene Yeares of Age and to serve according to Law in
such case made and provided

Kent fs     To the Justices for Kent County in Court sitting These are to
                Certifie to his said Maj.ties Justices that Whereas John Lee was indebted
                for Leavey Clerke and sheerifs Fees &c.a this present Yeare viz Anno
                Dom 1696 the sume of Three hundred Eighty and Three poundes of
                Tobaccoe the perticulers therof are here into Court brought and
                the said Lee haveing absented himselfe out of this County without
                payment of the same and being informed by John Robinson that
                there remained in his hands Tobacco sufficient to pay the said sume
                of 383.ll of Tobaccoe which was due from the said John Robinson to the
                said Lee That by vertue of my Office I have Attached y.e said 383.ll
                of Tobaccoe in the handes of him the said John Robinson and have
                summoned the said John Robinson to this Court to shew cause if any
                he have why the same should not be condemned for the uses aforesd
                and pray Yo.r Worshipes that the same may be condemned for the same

To which y.e said John Robinson appearing but shewing no reasonable
cause why the said 383.ll of Tobaccoe should not be condemned
Judgment is therfore awarded for condemnacon

Therfore it is considered by this Court that Cap.t Edward Sweatnam
have Execucon for the above menconed sume of Three hundred Eighty
and Three poundes of Tobaccoe as allsoe the sume of Forty and Four poundes
of Tobaccoe cost of suit ag.t the Estate of John Lee in the hands of John
Robinson

that y.e sd Jn.o shall pay the above menconed debt & cost or he will doe it for him
