M.r Richard Macklin is by this Court appointed clerk of the Indictm.ts
to prosecute all Accons depending in said Court on his Maj.ties behalfe

Whereas W.m Robinson and Margarett his Wife haveing Petconed this
Court to have an Orphan boy returned to them which sd Boy was form.rly
bound to Charles Hollingsworth by the sd Margarett Mother of the said
Orphan and the said Charles haveing Removed himselfe and Family out
of this Province

It is therfore Ordered by this Court that y.e said Orphan Boy be returned
to William Robinson and Margarett his Wife and likewise ordered that
sd William Robinson pay unto the sd Charles Hollingsworth y.e sume of
Fiveteen hundred poundes of Tobaccoe and find good security for
performance of the same

Vincent Hemsley comes into Court and becomes security for
payment of the above Fifteene hundred poundes of Tobaccoe
unto the said Charles Hollingsworth by W.m Robinson or he will doe
it for him

Ordered likewise by this Court that y.e said W.m Robinson Keeps
the sd Orphan Boy Three Yeares and att the Expiracon therof
to returne him to this Court that care may be Taken for the binding
out the sd Orphan to some Trade

John Tillard is by this Court appointed Oveerseer of the High wayes
for Chester upper hundred

Upon Representacon by some of the grand Jury to this Court that
the New Road cleared from Simon Wilmers Mill to the Court house
being cleared into Langfords Bay Road is Neither the next direct way
nor y.e Most convenient for the Inhabitants of the upper parts of
this County

It is Therfore Ordered by this Court that a New Roade be cleared
from y.e sd Mill the most direct Way to y.e Court house and W.m True
appointed as formerly to soe the same performed
