Render 4441.ll of Tobaccoe
To which y.e Defend.t comes into Court
and prayes discompt of 1088.ll of Tobaccoe pd in part of the said
Bill which the said Henrietta Maria Loyd is By Richard Macklin
her Attorney Willing to Allow of and the said Defend.t confesseth
Judgment to the Remaining part being 3353.ll of Tobaccoe &
cost of suit

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plt Henrietta
Maria Loyd doe Recover from the Defend.t as well the aforesd
sume of Three Thousand Three hundred Fifty and Three pounds
of Tobaccoe as allsoe the sume of Two hundred Forty and Five
poundes of Tobaccoe cost of suit

found in his Bailiwick and him safe Keepe soe that he have his body
before his Majesties Justices att the Next Court to be held for sd County

Debt

Green late of Talbot County plt.r was summoned
to Answer unto John Lamb Adm.rs of all and singuler the goods
Chattels and Credits of Richard Lamb of sd County lately decead
who died intestate as tis said of a plea that he render him the full
and just sume of Five hundred and Twenty poundes of good sound
M.rchtable Tobaccoe and caske which from him he unjustly deteineth
&c.a

And wherupon the said John in his capacity by W.m Hemsley his
Attorney saith that Whereas the sd Henry the Eighteenth day of May
Anno Dom 1685 in sd County within the Jurisdicon of this Court by
his certain bill of Writing obligatory sealed with his seale his
Act and deed delivered and here in Court brought whose date is
the same day and Yeare did acknowledg himselfe to stand Justly indebted to
the said Richard in his life time his Heires Exect.rs Adm.rs and Assignes
the sd sume of 502.ll of Tobaccoe quallified as aforesd convenient
