plt haveing had Two Writts Issued
And both by the sheerif returned Non Est Inventus and
the Plantif haveing obtained Judgm.t ag.t John Knots in this
Court which said John was Joyntly and severally bound
bound unto the said Plt for the above sume of 2436.ll
of Tobaccoe ^with y.e sd Peter^ therfore the plt by William Hemsley his
Attorney prayed Order for Attachm.t for cost of suit
against the said Peter which is accordingly granted

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plt John Boudon
doe recover from the Defend.t Peter Peterson the sume of Five
hundred and Eighteene poundes of Tobaccoe being the cost above
menconed according to Bill of cost filed
