Court and confesseth Judgment

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plantif
Nicholas Milbourne doe Recover from the Defend.t Robert
Norrest as well the said sume of six hundred fifty and six
poundes of Tobaccoe as allsoe the sume of Two hundred
Forty and seaven poundes of Tobaccoe cost of suit

confesseth Judgment for the remaining part being 1424.ll of
Tobaccoe

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plt John
Salter doe Recover from the Defend.t Robert Norrest
as well the said sume of Fourteen hundred Twenty and
Four poundes of Tobaccoe as allsoe the sume of Two
hundred Forty and seaven poundes of Tobaccoe cost of
suit
