To which the said Daniel Norris Neither by himselfe nor by
his Attorney appearing Judgment is Awarded for said book
which is brought into Court by M.r Cornelius Comegys &
the above order delivered to the Plt William Hemsley

Therfore it is allsoe considered by this Court that the plt
William Hemsley doe recover from the Defendant the
sume of One hundred Ninety and One poundes of Tobaccoe cost
of suit

Command was given to the sheerif of Kent County the 30.th day of
October Anno Dom 1696 that he take William Edwin if he should
be found in his Bailiwick and him safe Keepe soe that he have
his Body before his Maj.ties Justices att the next Court to be held for
said County to Answer unto Phillemon Hemsley of a plea of Debt

Att which Court viz on the 24.th day of November Anno Dom
1696 the day of returne of the said Writt came Capt Edward
Sweatnam high sheerif of said County and made returne of the
said Writt in these Following Wordes Cepi Corpus p Edw Sweatnam

And the said William Edwin in his proper person comes and
appeares to the same and Imparles until the next Court the
same day &c.a att which day viz
