Thomas Beckles haveing p.rferred to this Court a Peticon &
likewise a list of Births marriages and burials in which said
Peticon he hath requested of this Court that Execucon may be
annexed to his said list according to Act of Assembly in that
case made and provided

It is therfore ordered by this Court that according to the
said Peticon Execucon be Annexed to the said List by the
clerk of the County

the Court giveth them their Charge who withdraw to consider if
any presentments

John Johnson being an Evidence to a Bill due from Isaac
Stone to Robert Norrest comes into Court and declares being
sworne upon the holy Evangelist that he saw y.e said Isaac
Stone signe seale and deliver the said Bill as his Act and
deed for the Use of the said Robert

Grand Jury returne who being called ever according as above
doe by their Foreman declare they have no p.rsentments
