M.r Richard Macklin Peticons this Court that he may be admitted to Practice as an Attorney which is by this Court accordingly granted Simon Wilmer Clk M.r Michael Earle Peticons this Court that he may be admitted to Practice as an Attorney which likewise is by this Court accordingly granted Capt James Smith sitts Simon Wilmer Clk Capt John Hawkings in behalfe of M.r William Coursey & Elizabeth his Wife being by Letter of Attorney Authorised therto doth Acknowledge these Three several Deeds viz One to John King One to Thomas Thomas One to William Scott each for Two hundred Acres of Land as p the said deeds to be recorded may more att large appeare Court adjournes untill To Morrow Seaven of the Clock Same Court sitts againe present as before being y.e 29.th day of Jan.ry Anno Dom 1696 Capt James Smith absent Ordered by this Court that the sheerif Immediatly sum and bring before this Court Edward Smith to answer such objections as shall by said Court be made ag.t him sum is accordingly Issued by the clerk Simon Wilmer Clk M.r John Whittington sitts |
