Whereas John Stark and Mary Willcocks serv.ts to Thomas
Killingsworth of the Towne of Salem in the Goverm.t of West
Jersey were Committed to the Custody of Capt Edward Sweatnam
high sheerif of the County bearing date the 17.th day of
this instant October from Capt John Hawkins one of his
Maj.ties Justices of the peace for this County

It is therfore Ordered by this Court that Capt Edward
Sweatnam cause the said John Stark and Mary Willcocks
to be securely conveyed to the Next Constable &
soe from Constable to Constable until they shall arrive
unto their sd Master Warr.t is according to this order Issued
                                            p    Simon Wilmer Clk

John Gregory makes Oath that he Attended 5 dayes as an
Evidence in an Accon Betweene Thomas Bruff and Tho Brown
is Accordingly allowed after the rate of Thirty poundes of
Tobaccoe p day

Ordered by this Court that what Evidence shall be summoned
to this Court in any Accon there brought that they
make Oath before the Clerk of the time of theire Attending
that accordingly they may be Allowed

Ordered by this Court that the Constable take William
Thomas into his Custodie and deliver him to D.r Gerrardus
Westels to whome the said Thomas was formerly ordered
