655 Solomon Wright makes Oath that he hath attended as an Evidence in an Accon betweene Dennis Council plt and Samuel Tailor defend.t Five dayes for which desires allowance which is accordingly ordered Charles Hollingsworth likewise makes Oath that he Attended in the same Accon Council ads Tailor seaven dayes for which he desires allowance and is accordingly ordered Simon Wilmer Clk Edward Smith is by this Court appointed as Overseer of the high Waies and likewise Ordered that he cause a fair Road to be cleared from Thomas Punney his Plantacon downe to the River side ove against where the Court house is now appointed George Elliott appointed as Oveerseer of the high wais to cause a fair road to be cleared comeing from Collins his Mill to strike out att the path leading to Charles Hollingsworths Plantacon to be well cleared and fairly marked from the said Path downe to the River side over against where the Court house is now appointed Court adjournes until Tomorrow Eight of the Clock and for Attesting the County Charge Simon Wilmer Clk |
