Kent fs Thomas Browne otherwise called Thomas Brown late of Talbot County Plt.r was summoned to Answer to Thomas Bruff of a plea that he render him the full and just sume or quantitie of four hundred and fifty poundes of good sound Merchantable Tobaccoe he put in caske which to him he Oweth and from him he unjustly deteineth And wherupon the said Thomas Bruff by William Hemsley his Attorney saith that whereas the said Thomas Browne the 14.th day of March Anno Dom 1686 in sd County within the Jurisdicon of this Court by his certaine bill or writing obligatory sealed with his seale as his Act and deed delivered and here in Court brought whose date is the same day & yeare did bind himselfe his Heires Executors and Adm.rs to pay or cause to be paid unto the said Thomas Bruff or |
