the force and Injury when etc.a and pleads that Three hundred
poundes Tobaccoe may be descompled out of the debt in the
plt declaracon menconed according to a certain Act of Assembly
Entitled an Act for Easem.t of the inhabitants of this Province
in suits of Law for smal debts

the same be Allowed and Judgm.t is Awarded for the Ballance

the Ball of the Bill menconed in the declar as allsoe the sume of
Two hundred Twenty and Three poundes of Tobaccoe cost of suit
