612 M.r William Frisby being commanded downe to the Assembly and his Maj.ties Clerk of the Indictm.ts for this County being there allready It is therfore Ordered by this Court that the same Court be adjourned to the Fourth Tuesday in October to be Then held att the Plantacon of M.r Daniel Norris and likewise that all Writts processe and precepts remaine in the sheerifs Custody until the the said fourth Tuesday in October And all persons concerned therin and all Jurors and Evidence summoned are hereby required that upon the said fourth Tuesday in October they make their personal Appearance att the Place aforesaid Proclamacon hereof is Accordingly made by the Cryer Simon Wilmer Clk Att a Court held for Kent County at the Plantacon of M.r Daniel Norris the 27.th day of October in the 8.th Yeare of the Reigne of William the Third of England Scotland France and Ireland King &c.a Annoq Dom 1696
Henry Jackson being informed against by the Cleark of the Indictments att the Kings suit Ordered by this Court that the said Henry Jackson find security for his good behavior and appearance att next Court Simon Wilmer Clk Henry Jackson acknowledgeth him selfe indebted unto our soveraigne Lord the King in the sume of Tenn poundes sterl monie of England to be Leavied of his Lands and Tenem.ts goods and Chattels provided he make not his personal app.rance att this next County Court & in the meane time be of good abearance towards is Maj.ties good people to which he gave his consent |
