M.r William Frisby being commanded downe to the Assembly
and his Maj.ties Clerk of the Indictm.ts for this County being there
allready

It is therfore Ordered by this Court that the same Court be
adjourned to the Fourth Tuesday in October to be Then held att
the Plantacon of M.r Daniel Norris and likewise that all Writts
processe and precepts remaine in the sheerifs Custody until the
the said fourth Tuesday in October And all persons concerned
therin and all Jurors and Evidence summoned are hereby required
that upon the said fourth Tuesday in October they make their
personal Appearance att the Place aforesaid Proclamacon
hereof is Accordingly made by the Cryer
