Capt James Smith becomes bound unto our soveraigne
Lord the King in the sume of Five poundes sterl monie
of England to be leavied of his Lands and Tenements
goods and Chattles provided Henry Jackson doe not make
his personal appearance att this next County Court & in
the meane time be of good Abearance to all his Maj.ties
good people to which he gave his consent

John Hodges being accused wherfore with force and
Armes &c.a att the suit of the King Ordered by this Court
that the said Hodges find Security for his Appearance
