610 And runing from thence North North West Seaventeene pearches then West South West Twenty and six perches unto a small Cove and downe with the said Cove and up the River until it Intersect a line drawne South South East from the said Percimon and with the said line back North North West to the first bounded Tree Containing and laid out this first day of September Anno Dom 1696 for Three Acres of Land which said Jury are as followeth viz Capt William Hackett foreman
which said Jury being duely sworne as aforesaid withdraw to consider on the p.rmises and after consultacon had returne this following verdict viz Wee of the Jury being duely sworne to see the above menconed Land Runn out and to value the same Wee doe say that Wee doe value the said Three Acres of Land laid out according to the meets and boundes above Expressed in the Certificate att Two Thowsand poundes of Tobaccoe signed William Hackett foreman Simon Wilmer Clk & Dep Surv.r Comit Kentium |
