By vertue of an Act of Assembly Intitled an Act Impowring the Comicon
of Kent County to purchase Three Acres of Land wheron to build a
Court house Doe hereby humbly certifie that I Simon Wilmer Deputy sure.r
for the said County have laid out Three Acres of Land in the psence of the
above Comicon and a Jury Impannalled summoned and sworne by the sheerif
of the said County to see the said Three Acres of Land runn out and to value
the same which said Land lieth on the North side of Chester River betweene
the Plantacons now in possession of Edward Fry and Isaac Caske
Begining att a bounded Percimon Tree standing by the river side
