comes into Court and confesseth Judgment
And the Plantiff likewise comeing into Court and acknowledging
that he had Recd in part of the aforesd Debt the sume of One
Thowsand Five hundred and Nineteene poundes of Tobaccoe Judgm.t
is by this Court Awarded for the Ballance being One Thowsand
six hundred Twenty and four poundes of Tobaccoe

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the plantif John Hamer
doe Recover from the Defend.t Samuel Withers the said sume of
One Thowsand six hundred Twenty and four poundes of Tobaccoe &
cost of suit ^being^ two hundred seaventy and three poundes of Tobaccoe
