595 The Comicon and Dedimus petostatem before recited being publicly Read Capt Thomas Ringgold goes from the Bench and Coll John Hinson Administers the Oathes of alleigance and abhorrency unto M.r William Frisby as allsoe the Oath of Justice of the Peace which being performed M.r William Frisby Administers all the said Oathes to the rest of the Comicon respectively as they are Named in the said Comicon save ondly to Leiten.t Coll Hance Hanson who came not then to Court William Sparkes accknowlidgeth a deed to Thomas Goodin for 100.ac Land Capt Edward Sweatnam with M.r Elias King and M.r William Glanvile enter into Bond to the King for the said Sweatnam his due performeing the Office of sheerif in this County Grand Jury called viz Nathaniel Wright foreman
which Grand Jury as above being duely sworne according to forme the Court delivers them their Charge & are sent out to consider if any p.rsentments |
