The Bond recited in the Declaracon being Read &
no Just cause appearing to this Court why Judgment
should not passe for the same

It is therfore ordered by this Court that the plt
John De Baillehache and Company doe Recover from
the Defend.t George Greene as well the sume of six Thousand
Eight hundred poundes of Tobaccoe according to the Tenor
of the said ^Bond^ as allsoe cost of suit being Two Hundred and
Twenty Seaven

From which said Judgment the said George Greene
appeares Thomas Hix and Robert Davenish become
his security for prosecuting his Appeace with effort
according to Law in such case made and provided
