Kent fs George Greene otherwise called George Greene of Kent County Planter standeth Attached to Answer unto John De Baillehache and company of London Merchants of a plea of Debt &c.a Whereupon the said John De Baillehache by Griffith Jones his Attorney complaineth and saith that George Greene stands Justly indebted unto them as may appeare by a certaine obligatory Bill under the hand and seale of him the said Green dated the Thirteenth day of May last past and here in Court produced may more att large appeare the full and just sume of six Thousand Eight hundred poundes of good Merchantable and bright Tobaccoe in casque cleare of ground leaves and trash to be paid to them the said John De Baillehache of London Merchant and Company when he or they should therunto require you the aforsd Green alltho often required the aforesaid six Thousand Eight hundred poundes of Tobaccoe to the said De Baillehache Merchants and company hath not rendred but the sume to render to them said denial and still unjustly deseires wereupon they are damnified three Thousand poundes of Tobaccoe besides the business in hand and therupon they bring their suit the Defend.t by C Bast his Att.ry craves oyer of the obligacon Jones p Qur Jn.o Doe Rich Roe
