dated the twenty seaventh day of May last past and here
in Court produced may more att large appeare the full
and Just sume of six Thousand Eight hundred poundes of
of good Merchantable bright and clean Tobaccoe in Cask
cleare of ground leaves and Trash to be paid unto them the
said John De Baillehathe and Company when he or they
should therunto require that the aforesaid Bowles alltho
often required the aforesaid sume of six Thousand Eight
hundred poundes of Tobaccoe to the same Baillehathe
hath not rendred but the same to render wholly denies
and therupon they bring their suit

the Defend.t John Bowles the sume of six Thousand
Eight hundred poundes of Tob and cost of suit
From w.ch Judgm.t John Bowles appeales
Robert Davenish & James Watson his
security for prosecuteing the said appence w.th effort
