Plea And the said Edward Rush by
Ch Bast his Att.ry comes and defends the
Force and Injury when &c.a And saith the said William his
Accon.tt ag.t him ought not to have for that he hath often
delivered the Cow and calfe in the obligacon menconed and
is still ready to pay the same when therunto required and
this he is ready to averr and prove and prayes that the
plts action ag.t him may abate and that to all costs and
damages therof sustained may be restored

The obligacon in the Declaracon ^menconed^ being distinctly Read and
the Court heareing the pleading on both sides and considering
that the defend.t did not sufficiently prove his Plea and
that the Cow and calfe should have been delivered in May
or June last

It is therfore ordered by this Court that the Plt William
Doorty Doe Recover from the Defend.t Edward Rush One
Cow according ofe the said obligacon and An Yearling with Cost
of suit
