Charles Lord propriat.ry of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of
Baltemore And in y.e yeare of o.r Redemption one Thousand six
hundred seventy & Eight Between Thomas Collins of Talbott County
In y.e Province of Maryland plat.r & Frances his wife of y.e one part
& William Hatfield of y.e County & Province afores.d plant.r of y.e
other partt Wittnesseth that y.e same Thomas Collins for & in Consideration
of two thousand pounds of Tobacco to him in hand Payed at
and before y.e Insealing & Delivery hereof by y.e s.d W.m Hatfield well
& truly payed y.e Receipt whereof y.e s.d Thomas Collins Doth hereby
Acknowledge & there w.th every partt & parcell thereof Fully satesfied
