true & Lawfull Attorny To Act in any Business in Kent County
Courtt Especially to Record & Acnowledgment from Thomas
Collins of A Tract of Land Lying upon Kent knowne by the
name of Barron Ridge & Further I Doe hereby Impower him
to Constitute one or more Att.rys Under him if he thinke Covenant

Collins his heirs Execut.rs Adm.rs or Assignes shall for his and their
partts well & truly hold observe performe fullfill & keep all &
singuler y.e Covinants grants Articles & Agreements which on y.e partt
& Behalfe of y.e s.d Thomas Collins his heirs Execut.rs Administrat.rs
& Assignes and to be holden observed performed & Done Contained
& specified to a Certaine vaine of Indentures bearing date m.th
this obligation made between Thomas Collins & Frances his wife
of y.e one party & the above named William Hatfield of y.e other party
