Plea
And the said Defend.t by Charles Baste his Attorny comes
and defends the force and Injury when &c.a And saith he
is not guilty in manner and forme as the plt in his
declar hath falsely sett forth and this he pray or may be
inquired of by the Country

Commandes therfore given to the sherrif to cause Twelve good
and lawfull men of his Bailwick to come before the Court
that the matter according to the Issue Joyned may be inquired
est which Jury are as Followeth viz

Which Jury being duely sworne to try the Issue Joyned as aforesd
and heareing the Evidence and pleadings on both sides of the Court

John Blackiston doe Recover from the plt John Power the
sume of Fifty poundes of Tobaccoe for a Non suit as allsoe the
