To which the said Manthorpe by Matthew Eareckson his
attorny for plea saith Debts of a higher Nature standing out
which must be first satisfied Eareckson p defendant

But the plt produceing and procureing his accompt in Court
Judgment is awarded for the Ballance

Therfore it is considered by this Court that plt Elias King
doe recover out of the Estate of the said Robert Burman the
sume of Two Thousand Nine hundred Forty and Five poundes
of Tobaccoe being the Ball.a of the said accompt and cost of
suit
