M.r William Harris proves his accompt in Court all
but Two Articles on the Credit side to which ther are no
sumes inserted and on M.r Michael Millers part to ascertaine
the sumes Judgm.t is awarded by this Court for the Ball
of the said accompt

Therfore it is considered by this Court that Plt William
Harris doe recover from the defet Michael Miller y.e sume
of Fifteene hundred poundes of Tobaccoe & halfe a pound
of Tobaccoe and cost of suit

From which said Judgment the said Michael doth appear

Michael Miller and Cornelius Comegys Sen.r becomes bound
unto the said William Harris in Treble damages if he the
said Michael doe not prosecute the said appeale to Effect
and herto they are content

Ordered by this Court that Elias King Charles Tilden and
William Ford be sumd to testifie the truth of their Knowldg
on their Maj.ties behalf which by the sheeriff is accordingly
performed

Lydrake Whitworth peticons this Court that he may
be permitted here to plead as an Attorny which is
accordingly Granted
