Grand Jury Returne and present these Two Following
Bills viz

Kent fs
The Jurors for our soveraing Lord and Lady the King
and Queene and the Body of this County upon their
Oathes doe p.rsent Ann Wroth wife of James Wroth so
that the said Ann to witt the 29.th day of June last past
att the house of William Webb in Langfords Bay
hundred within the Jurisdiction of this Court with several
others Riotously assembled did then and there upon the
body of Elizabeth Steevens wife of Thomas Steevens
with stick stones and Doggs an Assault did make &
her the said Elizabeth Steevens did worrey beat and evilly
entreat soe that of her life it was dispared contrary to
the peace of our soveraing Lord and Lady their Crowne &
dignity and the good Lawes in such cases made and
provided                    signed Nce of the grand jury find

Wroth Riotously assembled did then and there upon the
Body of Elizabeth Steevens wife of Thomas Steevens with
sticks stones and doggs an Assault did make and her the
said Eliz Steevens did Worrey beat and Evilly Entreat doe
that of her life it was dispaired contrary to the peace of our
soveraing Lord and Lady their Crowne & dignity and the
good Lawes in such cases made and provided
