526 M.rs Ann Wroth being bound before Capt Edward Sweatnam One of their Maj.ties Justices for this County for her appearance att this Court To Answer the complt of Thomas Steevens and Elizabeth his Wife who being called and appearing in James Wroth desires in behalfe of his Wife that she may come Immediately to Trial command is therfore given to the sheriff to sum a Grand Jury Appearance dockett called which being performed the Tryal Dockett is likewise called
Kent fs Michael Miller of this County otherwise called Michael Miller of Kent County Gent standeth attached Answer unto William Harris a plea of Trespasse on the case &c And whereupon the said William Harris as well by himselfe as by his Attorny complaine and saith the said Michael standeth indebted to him the said William the sume of Fifteene hundred poundes & halfe a pound of Tobacco being the Ballance of accompt which accompt there in Court ready to be produced will more att large appeaer which the said Michael to him the said William the said sume of 1500 1/2.ll of Tobaccoe the Ball.a of the said act hath not paid altho often therunto required but the same to pay hath refused and still doth refuse to the damage of him the said William the sume Fifteen hundred poundes of Tobaccoe besides his Tob &c and therupon he brings his suit Harris p plt: |
