This Court hath ordered that Samuel Glow have
Two Cowes and Calves out of the Estate of Phillip
Davis late of this County decead now in possession of
Edward Walwin who married with the relict of the said
Phillip Davis
                                            Simon Wilmer Clk

Edward Plesto and Elizabeth North being both bound to
the good Abearing and appearance att this Court and
appearing desire that they may be cleared and have no Person nor
any Matter appearing against them

It is therfore ordered by this Court that the said Edward
Plesto and Elizabeth North be cleared by proclamacon which
is accordingly performed

James Geery haveing had a summons Issue against him
for his Appearance att this Court on which the sheriff returned
not Served

It is therfore ordered by this Court that summons again
Issue for the Appearance of the said James Geery against
next Court

John Lewis Peticons this Court for satisfaction for
takeing up Two serv.ts belonging to and runaway from
Robert Davenish

Therefore it is ordered by this Court that the said
John Lewis have satisfaction from the said Robert
Davenish the sume of fower hundred poundes of
Tobacco according to Act of Assembly in that case
made and provided
