524 Att a Court held for Kent County y.e 27.th day of August in the 7.th Yeare of Maj.ties Reigne Annoq Dom 1695
Sam.l Glen prefers a peticon to this Court viz That Your Peticoner being intermarried with the youngest Daughter of John Wodye of this County be read and that there being due to Your Peticoner out of the Estate of Phillip Davis late of this County decd Two Cowes and Calves Now for it that Edward Walwin haveing Married the Execut.rx of Phillip Davis and haveing y.e said cattle in his posession and denying the delivery of the sume to Yo.r Peticoner and considering that all the other daughters of the said Wedge after their several Mariages haveing had their respective parts except Your Peticonr humbly supplicates to grant Your Petition.r an order for the said Two Cowes and calves as aforesaid and he shall [illegible] as in duty bound &c his Samuel ~ Glow marke And the said Glen haveing produced to this Court a Cert: of Marriage Betwixt him and Eliz Wody bearing date the First day of January Anno Dom 1694 and attested under the seale of the County of Kent One of the Counties annexed to the Province of Pennsilvania and signed by William Rodeny Clk of the said County the 22.th day of August Anno Dom 1695 which is approved by this Court |
