Therfore it is considered by this Court that the plt Michaell Miller doe Recover from the said William Edwin the sume of Fower hundred sixty and Five poundes of Tobaccoe and cost Simon Wilmer Clk Mary Noane Prefers a Peticon to this Court which is as Followeth That Whereas your Petitioner haveing some monie due from her deceased fathers Estate the which was by your Worships left in the name of William Pickett and Security taken by the Court of M.r Thomas Ringgold and M.r Thomas Smith as by the Record more plainly will appeare and Your Petitioner desires that Your Worships will be pleased to take it into Your Serious con sideration and to grant an order that Your Petitioner may have redress herein to have what is Justly due unto her [now?] of the said Estate and your Petitioner shall as in duty bound forever pray This Court hath ordered that Mary Noane prove herselfe of Age Simon Wilmer Clk William Ringgold Peticons the Court that what Estate is due to him out of the Estate of his Father Major James Ringgold may be delivered to his Brother M.r Thomas Ringgold whome he hath chose for his Guardian M.r James Ringgold brings into Court Rebecca Mosse daughter to John Moss who is ordered to continue & with y.e said James Ringgold until next Court Court adjournes to the Court in Course |
