513 (261) good People to which he gave his consent Simon Wilmer Clk Edward Plesto and Richard Bishop becomes security for William Hopkins and becomes bound unto their Maj.ties King William and Queen Mary in the sume of Tenn pounds sterl mony of England Each to be leavied of their Lands and tenements goods or Chattles provided the said William Hopkins doe not make his personal Appearance att next Talbot Court and in the meane time be of good abearance to all their Maj.ties good people to which they gave their consent Simon Wilmer Clk John Lacock being summoned on their Maj.ties behalfe ag.t Elias King and Mary Tilden but not Appeareing that Court doe Order that the said Laycock as againe summ to show cause if any he had why he did not appeare by the said summons he was remmanded and the said Lacock now appearing but rendring no sufficient reasons why he did not appeare according to the said summons this Court fines him One hundred poundes of Tobaccoe Orphan Jury returne and being called by their respective Names aforementioned and being by the Court demanded wether they had concluded any presentments doe p.rsent William Thorps Plantacon out of Repaire Valentine Sudon foreman |
