of Parliament instead of the Oathe of Alleigance and
Supremacy and is swore Constable according to forme
appointed p Act of Assembly

                        Court adjournes for an Houre

Nathaniel Hillen of Cæcil County now an accompt
agt: the Estate of Phillip Davis due to Ball.a 200.ll Tob

William Hopkins being bound by Recognizance (before
M.r Charles Hinson) for his appearance att this Court being
accused by M.r John Whittington of Talbot County for
stealing who declareing that the fact was committed in
Talbot County being out of the jurisdiction of this Court
Therfore this Court orders the sheeriff to take the said
William Hopkins into his custodie until he find security
for his good behavior and Appearance att next Talbott
County Court

William Hopkins becomes bound unto their Majties King
William and Queene Mary in the sume of Two poundes
sterl monie of England to be Leavied of his Lands and
Tenem.ts goods or Chattels provided he doe not make his
personall appearance att next Talbot County Court &
in the Meane time be of good behavior to all their Maj.ties
