502 likewise called the Court demanded of the Jury wether the said Edward Plesto and Elizabeth North were guilty according to the said presentm.t which Jury by their Foreman Answered Guilty And Edward Plesto and Elizabeth ^North^ by Charles Baste moves and arrests the Judgment upon which Matthew Earickson desires they may be bound to theire good behavior and appearance att next Court Thomas ^Steevens^ becomes security for both Edward Plesto becomes bound unto their Maj.ties King William and Queene Mary in the sume of 10.ll sterl mony of England to be Leavied of his Lands and Tenements goods or Chattles if he be not of good behavior if he be not of good behavior to all their Maj.ties good people or doe not make his personall appearance att this next Court Thomas Steevens becomes security for Edward Plesto and Elizabeth North and Acknowledgeth himself bound unto theire Maj.ties King William and Queene Mary in the sume of Five poundes sterl monie of England to be leavied of his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles if Edward Plesto and Elizabeth North be not of good behavior to all their Maj.ties good people or doe not make theire personal appearance att this next Court Robert Browne being presented by the grand Jury or Overseer of the high Wais and not Keeping them in good repaire the said Robert Browne prefers a Peticon to this Court wherein he insests that he was a long time Lame which was the cause of the Nogout Therefore it is ordered by this Court that the said Robert Browne be discharged from the said p.rsentm.t Simon Wilmer Clk |
