485 (247) John Wade and John Lacerk sworne and sent to the grand Jury The Court adjournes for an hour The Court sitts againe p.rsent
The Court appoints Tuesday the 11.th day of December next for laying the Countie Leavy and have ordered that publication be made therof which is accordingly performed By reason of a great and dangerous Mortalitie in the Neighboring Province of Pennsilvania it is by this Court ordered that no person inhabiting in this Countie doe entertaine any stranger travelling from any part out of this Province And that no person inhabiting in this Countie may travel into any part of Pensilvania or the Territories therunto belonging untill January Court next under pain and penaltie of being proceeded against according to Law for that case made and provided and all Constables are hereby required to give notice to the inhabitants of theire respective hundreds Ann Holgath sworne and sent to the grand Jury Nicholas Hunt sworne and sent to y.e grand Jury The Grand Jury returne and doe present to the Court this following Bill Elias King and Mary Tilden are presented by the grand Jury for rehabiting and liveing together incontinently billa vera The grand Jury discharged and an order to M.r Thomas Joce to Court them for two hundred and fiftie pounds of Tob |
