484 The Grand Jury as before called theire Charge delivered by the Court and sent out M.r Matthew Eareckson is by this Court desired to be Attornie for their Maj.ties in this Countie to which he assents and is accordingly sworne M.r Charles Bass by Peticon is admitted and sworne to plead as an attorney in this Court Simon Wilmer Clk Rebecca hussy Peticons this Court for a maintenance whereupon they have agreed with Peter Allabie then present to take care and provid for the said Rebecca for which they are to allow him One hundred pounds of Tob p month John Mosse Sworne and sent to the Grand Jury Marke Swift sworne &c as above Nicholas Hurt brings and offers to this Court Thomas Andrews (who was formerly bound to the said Hurt by the Court) to dispose of him as they shall think fitt he being distempered in Bodie & therefore unfitt for service and the said Hurt doth promise to pay six hundred pounds of Tobaccoe to any person that shall take the said Andrews Whereupon the Court hath requested William Stanley to Entertaine and provide a Doctor for him which accordingly y.e said Stanly promiseth The Grand Jury returnes and prsents these Following bills to the Court Deane Haiden prsented p William Wright Constable for haveing a Bastard child billa vera John Prenary p.rsented p Grand Jury for unlawfully takeing a Handkerchiefe out of the House of Thomas billa vera Badeter The overseer of the high waies for the lower hundred of Langfords Bay is p the Grand Jury p.rsented for not billa vera makeing the Roades passable |
