This Court orders that sum be Issued for the appearance of
the several and respective persons Concerned in the Bills and
presentm.ts of the grand Jury aforemenconed att the next
Court to be held the Fourth Tuesday in January next

Edward Plesto and Elizabeth North being presented by the
Jurors for our soveraigne Lord and Lady King William &
Queene Mary But Mary Gilbert one of their Maj.ties Evidences
not appearing according to sums it is by this Court ordered
that the said Edward Plesto and and Elz North give securitie
for their appearance the Next Court
