Phillip Hopkins ^Proves an acc.tt^ against Thomas Hart a servant belonging to
the said Phillip for absenting himselfe out of his Masters service
sixteene dayes

Therefore it is considered by this Court that the above Thomas
Hart serve his said m.r according to act of Assembly in that
case made & provided
