M.r Charles Tilden being Called according to the above Comicon who refuseing the appointed Oathes was by the Court asked why he did soe haveing formerly ^taken them^ to which M.r Tilden replied he therfore Know he was not capable of performeing them The Justices above inforsed haveing taken the Oathes appointed by the said Comison adjorne for an houre Char Hynson Clk Court sitts againe present as before Simon Wilmer takes the Oathes of allegiance and abhorrance and by vertue of a Comcon from s.d Thomas Lawrence is sworne Clerk of Kent Countie Char Hynson Clk |
