This Court Adjournes untill the fourth
Tuesday in September next

To all Christian People to whome the writing
shall come I Phillip Hopkins of Kent County in
the province of Maryland planter Greeting know
they y.e I y.e s.d Phillip Hopkins as well for & in
Consideration of y.e Naturall affection & fatherly
Love which I have & beare unto my well beloved
son in Law Robert Ingram of y.e same County and
aforesd planter as alsoe for divers other good causes &
Considerations me at this present Especially moveing
have given granted & by these presents doe give grant
& Confirme unto y.e s.d Robert Ingram & to his son
Phillip Ingram & to his heires for Ever not to be
sold nor morgadge butt to Continue with him & his
heires for Ever provided y.e y.e s.d Robert Ingram dies
before y.e s.d Phillip Ingram Comes at age then y.e said
Phillip Ingeram at Eighteen years of age the shall be
Holly & Solely Invested of y.e plantation to himselfe only
his Mother Mary Ingeram to have her Lieing with
him duering her widdowhood & noe Longer a tract or
percell of land being part of a tract of land called
Hintons lately purchased of Benjamin Parratt at a
marked Red oake with fower noches standing by a small
Gully neare y.e creek side Runing down y.e creeke side south
west to a marked spannish oake with six notches standing
neare y.e mouth of a branch from thence south east four
hundred perches thence with a line drawn north east till
it intersects y.e first bounded tree with a line drawn
south west to y.e first bounded tree from y.e End of y.e
north East lines Containeing & laid out for two hundred
perches of Land be it more or Less togather with all and
every y.e Rights members Jurisdictions priviledges profitts
and Benefits thereunto belonging with deeds writings &
manuscripts touching or in any wayes Concerning y.e
