463 (236) At which said day to witt y.e 29.th day of August in y.e year aforesaid Came y.e said Michaell Miller & Anne his wife in their proper persons before their Maj.ties Justices aforesaid & being brought to y.e bar & demand how they would acquit themselves of y.e premisses aforesaid to them in forme afforesaid Imposed the said Michaell & Anne say they are in noewise guilty thereof and thereof ^&^ for good & Evill put themselves upon the Countrey Comand is therefore given to the sherff to Cause to Come before y.e Court twelve good and Lawfull men of his baliwick by whom y.e acquitts in y.e premisses may be y.e better knowne whose names are
