The Court setts againe for y.e Election
Justices p.rsent as before

By vertue of a writt Derected To The
    Sheriffes of this County for the Electing
    and Chusing of fower deputyes or
    Delegates for this County the said writt
    being Read in order for the Election
    The Freemen of this County doe Elect
viz M.r William Frisby M.r John Hynson
    M.r Hans Hanson & M.r Tho Smith to
    serve as Burgesses for this County

The Grand Jury as before is assented &
being duely sworne as aforesd doe Return
and present this following bill

The Juro.rs for our sovereigne Lord & Lady
the King & Queene for y.e body of Kent County
upon their oathe doe p.rsent Michaell Miller
of y.e aforesaid County Gentleman and Anne
His wife for that y.e said Michaell and
Anne to witt the second day of June An.o
D.o 1694 at Langford bay in y.e County aforsaid
three peices of Law Conteyning forty
three yards in Length of y.e vallue of one
thousand pounds of tobaco being the proper
goods & Chattles of Edward Bathurst Late
of y.e aforesaid County Marchant did steale
purloyne beare and carry away against
their said Majestyes peace & y.e goods laws
in that Case made & provided
                            Balden for y.e King & Queen

                        billa vera p John Salter foreman

ordered that a venire Isue for a pettit
Jury which is accordingly issued
        August y.e 29.th 2 Justices p.rsent as [illegible] day
