461 (235) Edward Plaistow becomes bound unto our sovereigne Lord & Lady y.e King & Queens Maj.ties in y.e sume of ten pounds of Lawfull Money of lawfull money of England to be Levied upon his lands & tenements goods & Chattles and that upon Condition he y.e said Edward shall make his personall appearance at y.e next Court and in y.e meane time to be of good abearance towards their Maj.ties and all their Majestyes Leige people M.r Robert Smith acknowledges to owe unto our sovereigne Lord & Lady y.e King & Queen Maj.ties y.e sume of five pounds of Lawfull Money of England to be Leaveyed on his Lands & tenements goods & Chattles in Case Edward Plaistown doth not make his personall appearance at y.e next Court & in meane time shall be of good abearance towards their Majestyes and all their Liege People Obedience oben being bound at the Last Court In a Recognizance of ten pounds Starle for his apearance at this Court The said obedience apearing before this Court and noe person nor anything against him apearing This Court doth order y.e said obedience oben be discharged from his bond which is accordingly done Char Hynson Clk This Court adjournes untill five of the Clock |
