said Michaell Miller doth this day appeare
which this Court doth take notice of

Richard Lowder acknowledges himselfe to owe
unto our sovereigne Lord & Lady y.e King and
Queens majestyes y.e sum of five pounds of lawfull
money of England to be Leaveyed up^on^ his Lands &
tenements goods & Chattles & that upon Condition
he y.e y.e said Richard Lowder shall make his
personall appearance at y.e next Court




The Court adjournes to y.e fourth tuesday
